We use this simple leaf to clear your throat when cough block your voice in a away that people can't hear your voice. If your cough is so severe that it is no longer clear for people to niether hear not recognize your voice, just get one leaf of this tree and reduce it to a broom like structure.

This is what you eat/ chew to clear your throat or voice.



 If cough happens to block your voice, just prepare one leaf (Egbe) and chew it every morning and night. Swallow the juice and discharge the charf. Your voice will be clear within two days.
The Igbo name if this tree  is called (Egbe). This is used in marking boundary between portions of land.
