This is prepared as follows

If a person is having stroke, get both the leaves and the stick with the roots and put both inside a container that has tight cover. Allow for five days to ferment. Then use it to rub the affected part of the body everyday and night. Massage the affected parts of the body very well. It will make the sickness accept Treatment and will gradually get back to the sender.

Get a cup liquid medicine and put small quantity of powdered medicine and drink morning and night. This helps to quench poison.

Mix with potash (jakama in Igbo) and kerezene. 

This is used in treating matched poison or swelling poison. It is not edible, but for external use only
