You can get yourself ride if negative energy or what Igbo people call (uchu) with just one ball if aligator pepper. It is believed that this pepper is used to perform series of rituals in Igbo tradition. Then look for medium sized mirror and get four seeds of aligator pepper and put the four seeds in the face of the mirror. Now, with the mirror at your hand, chew the four seeds of aligator pepper very well, do Incantation or say your prayer very well just as you are looking at the mirror and spit the pepper onto the mirror face. Spit the chews pepper (4) times on the mirror face. The four times you spit on the mirror represent the four elements of life as follows Earth, water, air and finally fire. These are the four basic elements of life that you can't play with. After doing this spiritual assignment, watch yourself both spiritually, physically, mentally and otherwise.
